Book

Complete the booking form and schedule your pickup for the next available collection day. We’ll confirm your booking with an sms message. We’re in your area at least twice a week so there’s plenty of choice. Our standard turn around time is 48 hours.

Pick Up

We collect your garments from your doorstep or other chosen location. In the event that there are no items left out for collection, we will call you before leaving empty handed. A sms message will confirm the successful or failed collection immediately upon completion.

Clean

Using the latest technology and environmentally responsible detergents your garments are cleaned in-house by our trained staff.

Automated item tracking provides full accountability for all orders.

Delivery

We deliver back to your doorstep or other chosen location.

In the event we are unable to deliver we will call you for instructions before leaving. An email will confirm the successful or failed delivery and includes a detailed tax invoice.

We provide a wash & press business shirt service. We pre-treat all shirts when washing, to try to eliminate grime or stains, paying special attention to collars and cuffs.

We hand-finished all of our business suits to ensure you’re always looking your best, while extending the life of your favorite suit.

Wash Dry Fold

Our wash, dry & fold laundry service takes the hassle out of laundry day, providing fresh, clean clothes with convenient pick-up and delivery so you can save time and focus on what matters most.

Drycleaning

Laundry Direct provides environmentally friendly (where suitable), hand finished dry cleaning and garment care without the hassle of rushing to the cleaners.

Duvets & Bedding

Cleaning your duvets, bedspreads, blankets, and pillows once every three months is one of the easiest things you can do to take care of your family’s health and reduce the allergens in your home.

Designer Wear

We have extensive knowledge working with silks, satins and delicate fibres, heavily detailed hand-finished items and combinations of these materials. Unfortunately we do not have equipment for leathers nor suedes.

Wedding Gowns

After your special day trust us to return your beautiful gown to its best. All gowns are hand cleaned by our lead drycleaner. Pressing before the big day is also available.

We currently cover the whole Queenstown basin:

Do you offer a wash, dry and fold service as well as full drycleaning?

Yes, we offer wash, dry and fold services. We charge $15.95 per kilo for items which can be machine washed and tumble dried. This includes everyday clothing, kitchen linen, towels, and bed linen/duvet covers. Please note, no bedding linen/duvet covers will be pressed. Wash-dry-fold items will not be automatically spot cleaned. Items we normally included in wash, dry and fold washes are : Jeans, track suit pants/tops, hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, skivves, yoga pants, socks, undies, bras and sports bras. You can specify in you order if you wish to have any special items pressed and hung as well, at piece rates. Colours and whites will be seperated.

A full standard black rubbish bag or commercial laundry bag contains around 8 kilos of dry laundry on average.

If you have any items which require specialist cleaning or stain removal please include some instructions in your bag or via the online order form.

Any items which are dry-clean only will be cleaned, pressed and charged at a piece rate. See pricing here.

When will my items be ready?

We will deliver your freshly cleaned items to your door 48hrs after pick up. Refer to our days of operation above for pick up days in your zone. Pick-up and delivery occurs any-time between 8am and 6pm.

How do I book and pay?

We know you're busy, so we like to keep things simple. Rather than wasting your time counting and entering each item via a web store one at a time we get you to simply create an account and request a pick up from your home or business location.

Your pick up order must be to us by 8am on the day of pick up in your zone.

Our team back at Gorge Road then inspect, count and assess each item you have sent to us to clean. They generate an itemized tax invoice. We will then charge the Credit Card you have on file (securely encrypted with third party). Once we receive your payment our specialists then clean and return your freshly laundered items back to you on the next delivery day in your zones (next day). Once you've created an account and booked once ,all your details will be remembered for your next pick up.

Can I use one of your agents or book via a hotel for this service?

No, this pick up and delivery service is only available for Queenstown located residential or business addresses. Wash, dry and fold is also available for walk in's at 51 Gorge Road, Queenstown at $15.95 per kilo.

Where will you pick up and leave my order?

You can let us know where you'd like us to pick up and drop-off your items when you place your pick up order. Bare in mind that if you're not home this should be in a safe and dry location.

On our first pick up our driver will leave you a complimentary laundry bag and a over door hook which you can use for hanging items we will return to you on future visits. On you first pick up order you can just leave your items for us to collect in disposable bags.
